## General Policies

- Babies up to 2 years old do not pay.

 
- Pets are accepted for an additional fee.

 
- Wi-Fi access is only available in the Torre da Coruja Suite, Moinho Suite, and Alecrim Suite.

 
- The customer has a duty to promptly inform the company about any food allergies and dietary requirements.

 
- Eating and drinking are not allowed in the pool area.

 
- Swimwear is prohibited in the lunch and dinner areas.

- Check in time 3:00 PM
- Check out time 11:00 AM
- Children age 3 - 12
- Infants age under 3
- Pets allowed
